The room looked recently decorated. The room was larger than expected, I enjoyed the extra space.

Mediocre stay, issues apparent
unkempt access late breakfast
The room was clean and offered ample space.
The access to the hotel rooms from the parking lot looked a bit unkempt. Breakfast started too late for business travellers. I had to leave keys with staff. It seemed the hotel system needs refinement for those on business trips.

usb chargers free parking coffee machine
The room included USB chargers at the electric sockets. I found free parking available (it did get busy on the weekend, though). A coffee machine in the room was a lovely addition.
The provided baked beans portion at breakfast was REALLY small.

pleasant stay
clean room comfortable bed friendly staff included breakfast
the room was clean everything we needed was available iron ironing board coffee and tea making facilities were present the bed was comfortable i enjoyed a lovely breakfast the staff were polite and friendly it was included with the room i would stay again. breakfast was ready right on time. we could have breakfast after we checked out so there was no rushing.
my car broke down i tried to ring but got no reply so i had to pay the full price

the hotel included tea and coffee making facilities this allowed guests to make hot beverages in their rooms at their convenience there was also an iron and an ironing board for clothing care.

the double room had a comfortable bed it ensured a restful sleep the room was clean upon arrival and was ready for use immediately the provision of fresh linens and towels also enhanced the experience.

the staff demonstrated politeness and friendliness they were helpful breakfast was included this offered added value it contributed positively to the experience and added convenience.

breakfast was provided i found it to be enjoyable it offered a selection of options the ability to have breakfast after checkout removed any need to hurry this improved the stay.
